Camile Velasco!

A few months ago I went to California on a business trip and hung out with my friends from “Up Above” records and “Qmania.com” while chilln’ at their Long Beach office, I had the pleasure to meet American Idol star “Camile Velasco”. Camile signed with Up Above records and will be dropping her album any day now. I was lucky enough to have a sneak preview and listen to her new album. I have to say I was extremely impressed. Even Simon would be stoked! I got a hold of her first single “Guava Jelly” which was recorded in Jamaica at the “Marley Compound” with “Stephen Marley”. For those of you who didn’t know, “Guava Jelly” is a Bob Marley orignal and not “Brother Noland’s”!!! lol Also I’d like to say this track is a obvious reggae song but the rest of her album is not what you’d expect! She got songs you will definitely be hearing in our clubs. It’s super dope! Go out and support Camile our Maui girl doing it big!!!!
FYI: Rumor has it Camile will be on Oahu this week and may be stopping by our VJ parties! The only way to find out is show up!!!!

Yah she’s super cool. I think she’s coming out to the O lounge tonight. Her album is sick. Not anything of what you’d expect.
